H.S.A. Counseling, Inc. has two clinical offices in beautiful Lancaster County Pennsylvania.  Our corporate office is located in Mifflin Pennsylvania.

Corporate office:  The corporate office handles all accounts payable and management functions for H.S.A. Counseling, Inc.  This office also handles all accounts receivable functions for client's whom have been discharged from treatment as well as all third party payer issues.  All client inquiries regarding accounts should be directed to the administrative office in Lancaster.  If that office is unable to help you with your question or problem you will be referred to the appropriate representative at the corporate office.

Lancaster:  This office is located in down town Lancaster City conveniently located on local bus routes and within a block of secure parking at the Prince Street parking garage.  The Lancaster facility offers three distinct levels of treatment in addition to evaluation and referral services.  The administrative office is open from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.  Clinical Services are available from 8am to 8pm Monday through Thursday and from 8am to 3pm on Friday.  The facility has an automated telephone system so that you can leave messages for a particular staff member on their confidential voice mail at any time.  You can also visit the staff listing on this site to get the direct extension for the staff member or their e-mail address.  The treatment programs available include traditional out patient, Intensive out patient, and partial hospitalization day treatment.  While all services at H.S.A. Counseling, Inc. are by appointment, emergencies do arise and we make every effort to provide immediate response to those situations during our clinical hours at both facilities.

Ephrata:  This office is located in down town Ephrata in northern Lancaster County.  The office is located just off buss routes and has off street parking available.  The Ephrata facility offers both out patient and Intensive out patient in addition to evaluation and referral services.  As a satellite office the administrative functions of this office are handled through Lancaster.  When dialing the local Ephrata office number you will be forwarded to the Lancaster office if staff are unavailable to answer the telephone.  The administrative staff in Lancaster are able to help with administrative needs including scheduling and rescheduling of appointments as well as payment and account questions.  If you need to speak directly to your therapist or a specific staff member you will be forwarded to their confidential voice mail.  During non business hours the agency has an automated telephone system that allows you to leave a confidential voice mail for any staff member.  You can also visit the staff listing on this site to get the direct extension for the staff member or their e-mail address.  Normal office hours in the Ephrata office are Monday through Thursday from 11am to 8pm by appointment.  Other times may be available upon request.
